Adrian Billings, MD, PhD, FAAFP
Adrian Billings is a family medicine and obstetrics physician with Preventative Care Health Services and Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, in Alpine and Presidio, Texas. He is a former National Health Service Corps (NHSC) Scholar and chairs the National Advisory Council to the NHSC. In 2014, Dr. Billings served as a member of the United States Delegation to the World Health Assembly of the World Health Organization in Geneva, Switzerland. He has been recognized with teaching awards from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, the University of Texas Medical Branch, the Texas Academy of Family Physicians, and the American Academy of Family Physicians. In 2017, Dr. Billings testified before the United States House Energy and Commerce Subcommittee on Health in support of reauthorization of the NHSC $310 million budget.
