Lindsley Jeremiah Villarante ’20 delivers quality management training in the Philippines, emphasizing the need to change the systems that enable poor outcomes in the country. His work encourages local governments to align with the directions set in the national objectives for health, focusing on governance, humanistic leadership and performance indicators.
