Scott Nass, MD, MPA, FAAFP
Scott Nass is a board-certified family physician in Palm Springs, California. He is also associate program director for the Eisenhower Medical Center Family Medicine Residency Program and director of the Family Medicine Inpatient Service. He holds clinical academic appointments at the University of Southern California Keck School of Medicine, Loma Linda University School of Medicine, and Western University of Health Sciences. Dr. Nass serves as secretary for the Board of Directors of GLMA: Health Professionals Advancing LGBT Equality and is alternate district director to the California Academy of Family Physicians Board of Directors. He received joint medical degrees from the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA and the Charles R. Drew University of Medicine and Science. He is a graduate of the Ventura Family Medicine Residency Program.
Focus: Working as a physician, educator, and advocate in the LGBT health equity movement, ensuring transgender and gender-expansive youth in his community have access to the resources they need.
