Scott Nass, MD, MPA, FAAFP, AAHIVS
Scott Nass is a board-certified family physician in Palm Springs, California. He is program director for the Eisenhower Health Family Medicine Residency Program and holds clinical academic appointments at the University of Southern California Keck School of Medicine, Loma Linda University School of Medicine, and Western University of Health Sciences. Dr. Nass serves as President-Elect for GLMA: Health Professionals Advancing LGBTQ Equality and sits on the American Academy of Family Physicians Commission on Governental Affairs. He received joint medical degrees from the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA and the Charles R. Drew University of Medicine and Science. He is a graduate of the Ventura Family Medicine Residency Program.
Focus: Working as a physician, educator, and advocate in the LGBT health equity movement, ensuring transgender and gender-expansive youth in his community have access to the resources they need.
