Yvonne Chow, MPP
Yvonne Chow is a program coordinator at the Federal Office of Rural Health Policy in the Health Resources and Services Administration, overseeing a national quality reporting program that helps critical access hospitals improve the quality of care for patients. She manages the development of technical resources for state program managers and hospitals to implement evidence-based quality improvement initiatives. Ms. Chow has worked for multiple federal agencies including the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the National Institutes of Health on public health issues ranging from nutrition research to lead poisoning prevention. She has also worked overseas as a Global Health Corps fellow developing health programs for a new rural health clinic in Burundi. She earned a master of public policy degree from American University.
