Khalil Goga
Khalil Goga is Associate Executive Director (Community Engagement and Programming) at the Atlantic Institute. Previously, he served as the Director of Dialogue and Advocacy at the Nelson Mandela Foundation in Johannesburg where he was also a senior director with the Atlantic Fellows for Racial Equity program. Before this, he was a researcher at the Institute for Security Studies where he conducted analysis into the impact of organized crime on the government. He was a lecturer at the University of KwaZulu-Natal where he received both his undergraduate and master’s degrees.
