She holds a postgraduate degree in family medicine and is a member of the Royal College of General Practitioners, UK, with certifications in healthcare quality and patient safety. As Chief Global Medical Officer at Milvik BIMA Pakistan, she oversees a team conducting 30,000 monthly teleconsultations, implementing equitable healthcare processes and specialized telemedicine products.

Hina is committed to health equity, particularly for underprivileged women, and is known for her innovative solutions to enhance healthcare access and quality. She's also a visiting faculty member at the Central Institute for Family Medicine, mentoring future healthcare professionals.
