Researching on health systems for a decade, Kuhika Seth is a social scientist who has worked on sexual and reproductive health of young girls and women. She is currently working at International AIDS Vaccine Initiative (IAVI), India. In this role, Kuhika works closely with diverse stakeholders from Asia and Africa to build a comprehensive plan using experiential learning and gamification to shift biomedical HIV research trial norms in the favor and for the benefit of the end-users. Prior to this, she worked on family planning in South Asia, to build engagement strategies to address social norms that compromise the health of women and girls. During her journey, she has extensively engaged with issues of power imbalances and inequities that lie at the core of interpersonal relationships with its smallest unit in an individual and its largest in the community and health system. Through her work, she hopes to address these challenges through behavior change interventions at all levels.Organization
