At the Atlantic Fellows for Health Equity, the fellowship year is just the beginning. Once fellows complete their program year, they step into a lifelong role as Senior Fellows. Senior Fellows are part of a global community that thrives on connection and collaboration. They come together at annual convenings, guide the evolution of the fellowship and its impact worldwide, and spark conversations that matter, whether through fellow-led events, publications, or collective action initiatives that ripple across communities.

Lifelong Fellowship
After graduation, Atlantic Fellows for Health Equity also become Global Atlantic Fellows and join the lifelong Atlantic Fellows network who amplify the influence and impact of the Atlantic Fellows and the Atlantic Fellows programs by supporting lifelong community among Atlantic Fellows, with access to resources and opportunities to connect, learn and work together.
Atlantic Fellows, through the Atlantic Institute, promotes collaboration and shared approaches across all seven programs, with virtual and face-to-face platforms for sharing knowledge. It extends community by connecting Atlantic Fellows and the programs to a broader global network of equity-focused leadership initiatives and raises global awareness of the work of the Fellows and of the programs.
