Dr. Giancarlo Biaggi is a psychiatrist and psychotherapist. With over nine years of clinical experience, he has designed human-centered mental health programs at Hermilio Valdizán Hospital in Lima, integrating art, creativity, and community. His studies in transcultural psychiatry promote approaches that incorporate a broader, culturally sensitive perspective.

A Jungian analyst candidate (IAAP, Zurich) and graduate of the Master’s in Anthropology at the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru, he explores holistic approaches to well-being. As President and Co-founder of SOPEMEI, he advocates for the safe therapeutic use of entheogens and the revalorization of Indigenous knowledge.
