Bio

As a Health Financing Specialist, Hyeladzira Garnvwa advocates for the enhancement of quality and equitable access to Primary Health Care by formulating strategic documents and leveraging evidence to shape national policies. With over eight years of experience in research and health policy implementation, she has demonstrated a history of contributing to policy research, development, analysis, and monitoring and evaluation for Results-Based Financing in Health.

Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at ThinkWell, Hyeladzira oversees the expanding portfolio in Nigeria. In this role, she manages program design and execution for the Nigeria PMI-S project under the ThinkWell umbrella. Leading a project team comprising staff, consultants, and subcontractors, she is entrusted with providing technical leadership, fostering stakeholder engagement, and ensuring the high-quality execution of the technical aspects of the project. Her role is pivotal in a growing team, and she collaborates closely with key stakeholders in Nigeria, including State governments, the Ministry of Health, consortium partners, and other development partners.
