Hyeladzira Garnvwa is a Health Economist at the National Primary Health Care Development Agency (NPHCDA) in Abuja, Nigeria. In this role, Hyeladzira is actively involved in policy research, development, and implementation for Results-Based Financing in health through the Nigeria State Health Investment Project).

As a core member of the National Project Implementation Unit, she heads the Innovative Financing Unit of the project to pilot and scale up health equity programs by bringing health services to numerous people. Hyeladzira is also a pioneer fellow of the Oxford Policy Management RBF fellowship.

She is also the co-founder of Partners for Health Equity (P4HE) Nigeria where they aim to advance attitudes, policies and actions to promote justice, social inclusion and partnership in health care. P4HE works to advocate, educate and build partnerships towards a just and inclusive health system in Africa.
