Jes Milberg-Haydu is a strategic and operational planner, systems thinker and connector currently serving as Senior Director of Business Continuity for Planned Parenthood Federation of America. Working at the intersection of public health, crisis management, and organizational resilience she brings an innovative and human-centered approach to building culture that centers equity in all shapes and forms to nurture more resilient organizations and communities. Jes has spent more than 10 years working to solve complex problems about health, climate, and organizational effectiveness in her community, local government, the non-profit sector, and globally.
