Jes Milberg-Haydu is a strategic and operational leader, systems thinker, and connector currently serving as Senior Director of Strategy & Operations at Planned Parenthood Federation of America. Working at the intersection of public health, crisis management, and organizational resilience, she brings an innovative, human-centered approach to strategy and execution—building cultures, systems, and operating models that center equity and enable organizations to navigate complexity with clarity and care.

Jes has spent more than a decade tackling complex challenges related to health, climate, and organizational effectiveness across community-based work, local government, the nonprofit sector, and global contexts. Her work focuses on translating strategy into action, building systems to withstand stress, and supporting leaders and teams to deliver impact in high-stakes, rapidly changing environments.
