Bio

Anne Laux is a field training compliance officer for the Ohio Peace Officer Training Commission within the office of the Ohio Attorney General's office. In this role, she monitors and enforces basic and advanced law enforcement training, curriculum, and delivery throughout northern Ohio. She also serves as a liaison between law enforcement agencies and the Training Commission. She also is an elected bargaining unit representative and is passionate about employee rights and employer transparency.

Anne also coaches high school boys cross country, as she believes physical health improves mental health outcomes.

Prior to her career in law enforcement, she worked in community mental health, working in both adult forensic mental health as well as working with underprivileged youth within the Cleveland Metropolitan School District.
