Bio

Anne Laux is a field compliance officer for the Ohio Peace Officer Training Commission within the office of the Ohio Attorney General. In this role, she monitors and enforces compliance of law enforcement training, curriculum and delivery throughout northern Ohio. Prior to her career in law enforcement, she worked in community mental health, working in both adult forensic mental health as well as working with underprivileged youth within the Cleveland Metropolitan School District.

She is a 2017 program graduate of LeadDIVERSITY, a professional organization in northeast Ohio which studies the impact of diversity issues throughout a year- long program. Anne is a volunteer guardian ad litem through the national Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) program.
