Dr. Naglaa Fathy is a remarkable leader in the fields of sexual and reproductive health (SRH), sustainable development, and coaching. As the Program Manager for the OSRA program at the Egyptian Red Crescent, funded by USAID and Pathfinder Egypt, she plays a key role in strengthening Egypt’s family planning system and promoting SRH awareness.

Beyond her work at ERC, Naglaa is the founder of MG Company, an organization that uses innovative and edutainment approaches to address the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), with a special focus on health, well-being, equity, and climate change through the One Health approach.

Her expertise extends to SRH consulting for INGOs and private sector companies, and she has recently added another dimension to her impact by becoming a certified Relationship Coach (ICF-accredited), specializing in sexual relationship coaching.

Her Games for Goals initiative has been instrumental in raising awareness about the SDGs in marginalized areas through interactive board games and innovative tools. She has also been recognized globally for her work, serving as Egypt’s Global Youth Ambassador, inspiring young people to find their passion and engage in community development.

Naglaa’s outstanding contributions have earned her several prestigious awards and recognitions, including:

- 40 Under 40 Award from Johns Hopkins University
- One of 50 Inspirational Women in Egypt (2021) by Women of Egypt Initiative
- Winner of the Bill & Melinda Gates Ingenuity Fund (2022)
- Best Regional Expert in the Middle East for Humanitarian Actions

Additionally, she has been honored as a jury member for an international prize and was selected to serve as an Executive Committee Member for the Global Roadmap in Action for Adolescent and Youth SRH, under the William Gates Institute.

Her dedication, leadership, and innovation continue to drive impactful change in the fields of health, education, and community empowerment, making her an inspiration for many.
