Sarah Chambers is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker practicing at the intersection of neuroscience, integrated medicine, and health promotion. She currently works as an interdisciplinary team member in the Department of Neurology at Northwestern Medicine in Chicago, Illinois where she provided psychotherapeutic care to patients with neurological and neuropsychiatric disorders. Sarah has comprehensive experience implementing integrated healthcare in medical clinics through the development of clinical pathways for the assessment and treatment of co-managed disorders, cross-disciplinary education, and the creation of team workflows to address complex factors contributing to disparities. She holds a Master of Social Work degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Social Work from Ohio University.
