Mary Ajwang, MSPH
Mary Ajwang is a Public Health Specialist from Uganda and a Senior Fellow of the Atlantic Fellows for Health Equity programme at George Washington University. She has over 8 years’ front-line health care and public health service in rural, high volume and resource limited settings across Uganda. In her current position of Technical Specialist with Abt Associates Inc., Mary supports the U.S. President's Malaria Initiative (PMI) and USAID’s VectorLink Project in Uganda to plan and implement an integrated vector control approach with the overall goal of reducing the burden of malaria in Uganda.
Focus: Engaging in advocacy, technical assistance, and program coordination to improve public health in Uganda.
