Anthonika Titus (2023 cohort) revitalized the NOVA Hope for Haiti clinic by strengthening team communication, applying leadership practices from her fellowship and expanding community outreach. She introduced educational sessions, built partnerships with local leaders and shared patient success stories through media, helping rebuild trust and strengthen connections with the community. As a result, monthly clinic visits more than doubled, from 450 to over 1,000.
