Joedrecka Brown Speights (2017 cohort) helped develop a relationship-based toolkit to aid medical educators in addressing racism and its role in health disparities. The workshop reached 120 medical educators, and follow-up surveys showed improvements in participants’ knowledge, attitudes and confidence in teaching about racism in health care.
