Bio

Jordi Luke (they & he) was appointed as the Chief Quality & Innovation Officer at Care Alliance Health Center in 2022. Jordi led the organization’s quality programs, grants, development, marketing, research, and outreach. Prior to joining Care Alliance, Jordi served in several senior leadership roles at the US Department of Health and Human Services where they developed and implemented the CMS Framework for Health Equity, the Health Equity Technical Assistance Program, and the Minority Research Grant Program. They published over 30 health care manuscripts, trainings, and resources related to health equity and social determinants of health that are widely used by health care organizations.

Jordi is an Atlantic Fellow Fellow for Health Equity, and completed a Master’s in Economics from Boston University. Jordi is fluent in Spanish and knows intermediate American Sign Language.
