Dr. Melikte Paulos is a medical doctor, social entrepreneur, and health media specialist committed to advancing health equity and disability inclusion. She serves as the Director of Pan-African and Global Health Equity at People to People (P2P), where she leads initiatives to strengthen healthcare systems and advocate for marginalized communities.

As the Founder & Executive Director of ZUZU for Health and Education, Melikte has been a strong advocate for disability-inclusive healthcare and education, working to ensure equitable access to essential and preventive health services. She also produces and hosts ‘Yehakim Bet’, a medical television show dedicated to raising awareness and fostering discussions that inspire change on critical public health issues.

Melikte is currently pursuing an MSc in Public Health at the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine (LSHTM) as a Chevening Fellow. She is a Senior Atlantic Fellow for Health Equity (2023) dedicated to shaping policies and programs that promote health inclusion and equity for underserved communities.
