Dr. Naglaa Fathy, OB/GYN specialist, works as Program Manager for OSRA program at Egyptian Red Crescent funded by USAID and Pathfinder Egypt which supports sexual and reproductive health and the family planning system in Egypt.

Naglaa is the founder of MG Company which aims to use innovative and Edutainment approaches to address sustainable development goals. She pays particular attention to health, wellbeing, equity and climate change effects on all goals through applying the One Health approach.

She is also working as an SRH consultant to other INGOs and private sector companies. In addition, she recently graduated to be a Relationship Coach accredited by ICF ( international Coaching Federation) with a subspecialty in sexual relationship coaching.

Naglaa is the founder of Games for Goals initiative that aims to raise awareness about Sustainable Development Goals in marginalized areas using innovative tools like board games. She was selected to be the Global Youth Ambassador for Egypt who helps young people find their passion and encourages them to participate in community development. Previously, she has worked as a sexual and reproductive health project manager for international non-governmental organizations and is now the Executive Director of Simulation at a sustainable development organization.

She has received a 40 under 40 award from the Johns Hopkins University and recently she has been selected as one of 50 inspirational women in 2021 by the Women of Egypt initiative and won the Bill and Melinda Gates Ingenuity Fund 2022.
