Neha Raykar is a development economist based in New Delhi, India. She is currently Associate Director at IDinsight, a global advisory, data analytics, and research organization that helps development leaders maximize their social impact. Prior to joining IDinsight, she was a Senior Consultant at Oxford Policy Management where she led independent evaluations of health and nutrition interventions targeting pregnant women and young children in different states of India.Neha has also worked as Lead Economist at the Public Health Foundation of India, where she was involved in evaluating cost-effectiveness of mental health interventions and leading a nutrition research program consortium. She holds a PhD in Economics from the University of California, Riverside, and has worked as a Visiting Assistant Professor at Colgate University in New York.
