Bio
Dr. Raymond John "RJ" Naguit is a physician and public health practitioner dedicated to advancing health equity through health systems strengthening, community leadership and evidence-informed policy.
RJ leads the ACCEPT Drug Education Network, working alongside people with lived and living experience, healthcare professionals, and civil society to advance evidence-based drug education and community-centered models of care for substance use. He also co-convenes the Drug Policy Reform Initiative and co-leads the Philippine Society of Public Health Physicians' Thematic Working Group on Substance Use. He currently serves as the Sexual and Reproductive Health Public–Private Partnerships Coordinator at UNFPA Philippines, leading initiatives in maternal health through digital innovation, public-private partnerships and sustainable financing.
He holds a Master of Science in Health Policy, Planning and Financing, a Master of Community Development and degrees in Medicine and Nursing.
