Sagal Ali recently graduated with her Master’s in Policy Management at Georgetown University’s McCourt School of Public Policy. As part of her fellowship, she is completed a work residency at Kensington Corridor Trust (KCT), a nonprofit in Kensington, Philadelphia. KCT utilizes a neighborhood trust model to ensure long-term community ownership of commercial properties, maintaining local control over property use and values while reinvesting profits into the neighborhood.
