Thomas Merrill has been working in data science and health informatics with a focus on transforming data points into meaningful information through project design, programming, mapping, and visualization.

He is a registered nurse and currently in PhD training with a focus on integrating data science methods with equity and sustainability to promote health system quality improvement that emphasizes disparities reduction and addresses inequities.
