Melikte Paulos Weldetensaye (2023 cohort) led Project Zuriash through ZuZu for Health and Education to make sexual and reproductive health education and preventive services more accessible to women with disabilities. The project tailored information and services to meet different needs, including accessible resources for blind women, sign language in educational videos for deaf women and eco-friendly menstrual products. By adapting care to the people it serves, Project Zuriash is helping make reproductive health care more inclusive.
