Angela Echiverri (2018 cohort) co-developed a leadership pathways course designed to help faculty from groups underrepresented in medicine strengthen their leadership skills and navigate barriers to advancement. The course also equips allies with tools to help create more welcoming and inclusive environments within their institutions, supporting broader change in academic medicine.
