Sagal Ali (2023 cohort) led a community project with Ayada Leads, creating supportive spaces for Somali mothers whose children are at risk of or experiencing opioid addiction. The project gives mothers a place to share their experiences, build connections, and challenge stigma around substance use, helping create more open conversations about addiction and support within the Somali community.
