She holds a postgraduate degree in family medicine and is a member of the Royal College of General Practitioners, UK, with certifications in healthcare quality and patient safety.

As Chief Global Medical Officer at Milvik BIMA Pakistan, she oversaw a team conducting 30,000 monthly teleconsultations and implementing equitable healthcare processes and specialized telemedicine products.
