Deborrah Liao, MD

Dr. Deborrah Liao is a primary care physician working in the rural, remote area in the Visayas region in the Philippines. She implements public health programs and provides primary care, specially to communities living in geographically-isolated parts of the region. Now that the Universal Health Care Law is being fully implemented in the country, she endeavors to improve provision of health services in the community in order to have better health outcomes with a healthier and more resilient community.
