Bio

Madalitso Juwayeyi is a passionate advocate for youth, adolescent girls, and young women, with over six years of experience in advancing access to Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) services and information. She is the co-founder and programs manager of FACT-Malawi, a youth-led organization dedicated to empowering young people using a peer-to-peer model. She has a Postgraduate Master-Diploma in International Gender Equality. Her work has focused on HIV prevention, ending unintended pregnancies, and promoting gender equality.

Through FACT Malawi, she has championed the establishment of a youth-friendly SRHR center that offers services including, family planning to girls, HIV prevention services such as PEP and PrEP, support to victims and survivors of sexual and gender-based violence, and capacity development to young people. Madalitso has presented on international platforms, including International Workshop on HIV and Women and has been named a YALI Africa4Her champion.
