Dr. Mohammed Jamiu Sule is a Nigerian public health systems leader advancing health equity in fragile and conflict-affected settings. With over a decade of experience across humanitarian, government and development sectors, he strengthens primary health care, maternal and newborn health and health systems.
As Technical Adviser and Management Consultant in Borno State, he coordinates government and partner investments to implement Nigeria's Health Sector Renewal Investment Initiative. He has led efforts to improve immunization, strengthen PHC services, and scale health innovations that expand access to quality care in underserved communities. Previously, he held leadership roles with NGOs supporting conflict-affected populations in northeast Nigeria.
A Mandela Washington Fellow and International Program in Public Health Leadership Fellow, Mohammed is passionate about translating evidence into policy and building resilient, equitable health systems through collaborative leadership.
