Bio
Dr. Sadaf Ishaque is a breast surgical oncologist and Director of the Breast Center at Shalamar Hospital in Lahore, Pakistan. She founded Punjab’s first structured breast cancer survivorship program, integrating follow-up care, lymphedema management, mental health, and community support. Her current project trains survivors as Community Health Champions to reduce stigma and expand equitable access to care. She also launched the “Pink Garden,” a healing space symbolizing resilience. An alumna of the U.S. State Department’s International Visitor Leadership Program in Health Equity, Sadaf is dedicated to building systems where survivorship is dignified and visible.
