
Bio
Dr. Regina Duperval is a Fellow in Metabolism and Pediatric Endocrinology at Montreal Children's Hospital. She was previously a pediatrician and Medical Director of Kay Mackenson (KM) Clinic, a non-for-profit organization based in Haiti, which aims to give all children with diabetes free access to regular medical evaluation, diabetes education as well as medical supplies. Regina holds an MD from the School of Medicine and Pharmacy of the State University of Haiti and did her pediatrics residency at Saint-Damien and Bernard Mevs Hospitals in Haiti, where she was a Chief resident.Regina completed a one-year global fellowship program on Health Equity with the George Washington University Health Workforce Institute. She demonstrates a keen interest in maternal and child health and as a leader, wants to work towards more equitable access to healthcare and education for all children in Haiti.
She has completed an Alan Drash fellowship in Diabetes in Luxembourg and continues working towards the improvement of diabetes care in Haiti.
