Bio
Zeena Regis is Principal Director of Care Navigation and Networks at Compassion & Choices, where she leads national strategy for care navigation, community partnerships and culturally responsive end-of-life support. A hospice chaplain and bereavement professional since 2012, she brings together spiritual care, public health, and community engagement to help people navigate serious illness, advance care planning, and grief with clarity, compassion and dignity.
Zeena is a sought-after speaker and educator who equips faith communities, healthcare professionals, and nonprofit leaders to have meaningful conversations about living, dying, and caregiving. She is the founder of the Threshold Planning Project, a writer and playwright exploring grief and legacy, and a faculty member in Columbia Theological Seminary's Older Adult Ministry Certification program. She lives in Decatur, Georgia, with her family.
